You will need the Master Code (the main code provided at installation) to make any changes.

 

Adding a User Access Code

1. On the keypad, press * then 5.

2. Enter the Master Code.

3. The Armed light will turn on, and the Program/System light will begin flashing.

4. Select the 2-digit user number you want to program.

   • Example: For User 2, enter 0 2.

   • (The system supports up to 32 users.)

5. If you have a full-message LCD keypad:

   • Use the < or > keys to scroll to the user you want.

   • Press * to select the user.

6. Enter the new 4-digit access code (for example: 2344).

7. To add another user, repeat steps 4–6.
   To finish, press # to exit programming.
    

The new user code is now active.
 

Removing (Deleting) a User Access Code

1. On the keypad, press * then 5.

2. Enter the Master Code.

3. The Armed light will turn on, and the Program/System light will begin flashing.

4. Select the 2-digit user number you want to remove.

   • Example: For User 2, enter 0 2.

5. If you have a full-message LCD keypad:

   • Use the < or > keys to scroll to the user.

   • Press * to select the user.

6. With the user selected, press * again to delete the code.

7. Press # to exit programming.
    

The user code has been removed.
