Step 1: Download and Install TVRMobile

Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

Search for TVRMobile.

Download and install the app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Add Your NVR to the App

Open the TVRMobile app.

Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

Select Devices to open Device Management.

Tap the “+” icon to add a new device.

Choose Manual Add.

Enter a Device Name (Alias)

This can be any name you choose (up to 16 letters/numbers).

Select a Register Mode:
-
ezDDNS – If your NVR is registered with ezDDNS, enter the server address and device domain name.

IP / Domain – Manually enter the NVR’s IP address or domain name.

Enter the Username and Password for your NVR.

Tap Save / Confirm to finish.
Step 3: Add Device by QR Code (Optional)

In the Devices screen, tap the “+” icon.

Select Scan QR Code.

Follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code from your NVR.

Confirm the details once the scan is complete.
Step 4: Network Requirements (If Needed)
To ensure proper connection:

Make sure your NVR is connected to the internet (wired Ethernet is recommended).

If using Wi-Fi (if supported), ensure the NVR is on the same network as your mobile device.

If using a static IP, confirm it is correctly assigned to the NVR.

If using DDNS, verify the hostname is correctly linked to the NVR.

If using port forwarding, confirm the following ports are open and forwarded to the NVR:

80 (HTTP)
-
8000 (Server)
-
554 (RTSP)
